Meet Mikayla: Mikayla joined Sugar River Animal Hospital in March 2024 as a Client Service Representative, bringing her strong background in animal care and a lifelong passion for working with pets.

Alyssa is a dedicated Client Service Representative at Sugar River Animal Hospital in Grantham, NH. With a rich background in customer service, management, and childcare, Alyssa brings a diverse set of skills to our team.

Cindy joined Sugar River Animal Hospital in Grantham, NH, in April 2022 after a distinguished 31-year career at a Boston-based financial services company. Cindy and her husband, Steve, relocated to the Eastman community in Grantham in April 2021.

Christine, a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, has always had a deep love for animals. Although she is new to veterinary medicine, she has been enthusiastically learning from her experienced colleagues at Sugar River Animal Hospital in Grantham, NH, since she started in December 2021.

Meet Maddy: Maddy joined Sugar River Animal Hospital in March 2025 as a Certified Veterinary Technician, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to animal care.

Meet Kate: Kate is a Certified Veterinary Technician and Lead Technician at Sugar River Animal Hospital in Grantham, NH. Her educational journey is eclectic, starting with a BA in English and an MA in Literature.

Meet Kristen: Kristen is a dedicated Veterinary Technician at Sugar River Animal Hospital in Grantham, NH.

Dr. Larkin graduated with her Bachelor of Science from Juniata College in 2018. She studied veterinary medicine at Purdue University and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Chase graduated from the University of Maine in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. She obtained her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 2019.

Dr. Colrain Balch earned her DVM from Tuft's University in 2011 and has been practicing veterinary medicine in New Hampshire ever since.

Dr. Joan Hiltz earned her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. She previously owned and operated a mixed animal practice in Pennsylvania for 25 years.

Geoffrey Clark is a native of Massachusetts and spent his early days on the north shore in Danvers before his family moved to southern California prior to high school. Dr. Clark is a 1986 graduate of the University of California-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.
